The Luke Vincent Powers Foundation Excellence Scholarship is a $1,000.00 college tuition scholarship awarded to a young person entering their first year of college and who has exemplified excellence through academics, community service and personal achievements.

Our Excellence Scholarship is for financially underprivileged, college-bound youth. The Selection Committee will choose a recipient based on their commitment to strive for excellence through academics, community service and personal accomplishments as well as, the financial situation of each individual submission. Applicants must provide verifiable documentation of the financial need necessary to pursue a college education.
